MorsaMan began as the “mascot” of the Papo de Gordo website and podcast and starred in his own webcomic series between 2009 and 2010, finally collected in full in this book. The stories followed the podcast’s philosophy, presenting the difficulties faced by overweight people today with irony and good humor, aiming to help boost the self-esteem of those who are “overweight.” After all, laughing at yourself is a great way to accept yourself.
