Quadrinhos, Conceitos e Linguagens

The third volume in an ASPAS collection, preceded by “Super-Heróis, Política e Identidades” and “Quadrinhos, Pesquisa e Educação.” It gathers eleven chapters covering a range of approaches within sequential art studies — theoretical discussions on comics translation, fieldwork, and analyses of works, authors and genres. The texts, resulting from the ASPAS International Meeting and the 7th National Forum of Sequential Art Researchers (November 2024, UEMS), cover topics such as comic book biographies, collective authorship on social media, zine libraries, and regional representation in the Angelo Agostini Award.
